The site of this development was acquired by HTS Estates Ltd in direct response to the requirements of an existing tenant. When, in around the year 2000, the same tenant approached HTS Estates Ltd with a need for a new regional head office, the business was able to work closely with the tenant to provide a 4,850 sq. ft. high specification office premises, over two storeys with additional storage in the attic and generous car parking. Completed in 2002 this attractive, brick build with pitched roof building was fitted out to deliver the requirements and aesthetics of a head office. The final specification included a generous entrance hall, open plan and cellular office space, comfort cooling/heating and raised floors for power and data cabling. Furthermore the premises was designed in a way to allow for future expansion as necessary and the premises now benefits from planning consent to extend the existing accommodation.
