Mill Road Planning Approval

At the December Cambridge City Council Planning Committee meeting, approval was given for a proposed long-term redevelopment of the site at 213 Mill Road. The scheme was the result of many month works with a team including Carter Jonas planning consultants and Chadwickdryerclarke Studio Architects. HTS Estates will communicate and coordinate with the existing tenants of the site before any redevelopment schedule is proposed.
